After leadership stints at the two companies best known for their ability to scale agile, ThoughtWorks and Valtech (Forrester Research, 2004), Greg founded Amelior Services in 2015 as a pure-play agile training and coaching provider to help companies transform their organizations, teams, and people to better develop outstanding and competitive products and services. Greg can help you to lead change in your teams and organization with an emphasis on improving organizational design, strategy, and leadership skills, as well as product management and development capability.

He is qualified to teach and coach product management, Agile development, Large Scale Scrum (see LeSS.works), Lean thinking and Innovation Games® and has worked in the domains of Startup and New Product Development, Automotive, Luxury, Digital Entertainment, e-Commerce, Finance, Industrials, Education, High tech and Telecoms.
Greg has guided the agile and lean transformation of many large companies over the past 15+ years.

Several large clients that Greg has worked with in-depth in digital, lean and agile transformations include Alcatel-Lucent (fixed access and wireless product divisions, now Nokia), BMW (autonomous driving, product design, digital products, and electrical engineering groups), Mercedes Benz (autonomous driving transformation), Bwin Party Digital Entertainment (now Entain, case study available), Flixbus, Esker and PayU, a fintech owned by the Naspers Group.
