Esra Soner

Esra Soner has been Director of the Renault Digital Performance Office since 2017. With 25 years of experience within the Renault Group, she previously worked in Corporate Strategy & Plan, Business Development (Nissan/Daimler), and the Digital Acceleration Program.

She joined Renault Digital, a subsidiary specially created to accelerate the Group’s digital transformation, where she manages Renault’s digital value.

In collaboration with the Agile Pole management, she implements the governance of digital value streams and the deployment of Lean Portfolio Management within the Group
