Coming from the Space industry as a Dr in Engineering I joined Thales 6 years ago and became a Scrum Master, Agile Coach and now… Culture Captain!

I have been directly involved in the Agile transformation of Thales because of my passion for Agile and Teal (entreprise libérée) which comes from my belief that this is a better way for humans to work.

I am in my perfect habitat in the Thales Digital Factory in central Paris as we created this site based on flat hierarchy and new ways of working, plus I also have the role of bringing this amazing cultural transformation to the whole of the group -that’s 80,000 people! 😀
