Aude Foresi

Aude FORESI started her career as an audit consultant. She has quickly shown interest in Agile methodology and took several positions of Scrum masters, Release Train Engineer, Agile coach. Aude has run several SAFe Transformations on different domains and has been heavily involved in Lean Portfolio Management implementations.

Aude’s soft skills are key differentiators when managing workshops, stakeholders’ expectations and in the support of mindset changes.

She facilitates retrospectives with customers and is now driving the induction of our Regions into SAFe through various training sessions and workshops enabling business agility end-to-end.
